Terms of sale

Prices:
All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT and any other fees.  Reservations are made for price and printing errors and items that are sold out.
Prices are only applicable in Denmark, excluding the Faroe islands and Greenland

Delivery:
within 3 weekdays

Freight:
We offer FREE FREIGHT/DELIVERY for all customers, excluding the Faroe islands and Greenland for purchase sums exceeding 49 £. Shipping and handling is 15 £, for purchase sums up to 49 £.

How to pay:
Enter card number, expiration date and control digits. Your data are encrypted and sent to Bibit.
You will receive a notice stating whether your transaction is approved or rejected. You will also receive an email with an order confirmation. The invoice is enclosed in your package and remember that is serves as your receipt and guarantee. Payment in advance is not an option, as the customer’s legal position in this case is inferior to other forms of payment.

Safety:
When you enter your personal data and card information in our shop, the transfer of the information will be encrypted.  We use SSL encrypting, which offers a very high degree of safety in regard to protection of your data.

Confidentiality:
We will register your name and address and invoice in our customer database when you effect a purchase. The information is not passed on to anyone, nor is it used for any other purposes than your specific purchase.

Right of revocation:
According to Danish legislation, the consumer has 14 days to revoke his order, when the order is placed over the telephone or the internet.
The period of the consumer’s right to revocation starts when the item passes to the consumer.  Should you wish to revoke your order within 14 days, we shall reimburse the price of the item.
The consumer can use his right of revocation, if item is handed over to Postdanmark or another carrier no later than 14 days after receipt.
The condition for the right of revocation is that the item is returned in virtually the same condition as it was, when it passed to the consumer.

Complaints:
If the item is delayed or defective upon arrival, you can make a complaint to the below address or telephone number. Complaints of defects must be made within reasonable time after such time when the defect is discovered or should have been discovered in connection with ordinary control of the item.  Complaints can be submitted orally or in writing.
When we receive a complaint, we shall process the complaint as soon as possible.  If the item needs to be returned, this shall be cost free for the customer.
